A traditional tapas culture like ours converges into small works of art at Hofmann. In this course we teach you how to “reinvent” tapas and turn a top culinary tradition into a special gastronomic experience. Our passion for these dishes has led great chefs to incorporate them into their tasting menus of the highest cuisine level.
For this reason, the intention of this course is to demonstrate how to convert dishes of the highest gastronomy into a miniature format in order to make our guests enjoy different flavors in the same meal.
