In this course our expert chefs will prepare different recipes with meat as the main ingredient. Preparinggastronomic dishes of excellent quality, we will demonstrate various methods of cooking with meat and achieve the perfect result. We will deepen the knowledge about the maturation of meat and we will learn how to cook on charcoal as well as how to make marinades, tartares and stews.
