In the seafood cooking course you will learn to know the sea product and its properties and to combine and prepare it in different ways. You will experience a first contact with seafood cuisine, so typical of our Mediterranean cuisine, with high gastronomy standards.
In two demonstration sessions and through traditional recipes such as monkfish al all cremat or cocochas al pil pil, among others, you will discover the bases of preparation and cooking of different seafood. And for the experience to be complete, at the end of each session you will be able to taste, together with the other attendees, the dishes prepared by the chef and thus assess the result. The goal is that you can replicate the same results at home or in your establishment.
