If you want to get started in the world of pastry guided by Miquel Guarro, Hofmann's pastry chef, and acquire the necessary knowledge to prepare your own creations, this is your course!

You will learn to prepare in a professional way basic pastry recipes and you will have the opportunity to put them into practice from the very beginning. You will experiment with the product, the textures, the flavors and the technical compositions accompanied at all times by the School's professional pastry chefs and you will prepare the most classic and universal pastry recipes: cakes, meringues, lemon creams, cookie bases, etc.
