BASIC CULINARY TECHNIQUES

In this course, through the preparation of different recipes, you will learn the basic techniques of cooking so that you can apply them in your day-to-day life and improve the result of your dishes.

6 recipes will be developed to put into practice the different techniques that the Hofmann chef will have previously explained to you: These are techniques accessible to all audiences (amateur and professional) and easy to replicate at home. Typical dishes such as mushroom risotto or cod croquettes will be prepared following professional standards. The chef can also propose some more innovative tricks for those who want to give a gourmet touch to his elaborations. A good introduction to the world of professional cooking.

Hofmann's monographic courses are designed for amateurs who are passionate about gastronomy who want to learn professional techniques, or professionals who want to recycle, improve methods and update techniques to achieve high-quality dishes.
