You will learn the techniques and secrets that we use to make our pastry products and when you finish the course you will have acquired the necessary knowledge to be able to prepare your own recipes at home, in a bakery or in a restaurant and provide an extra touch of gastronomic excellence to your preparations.
You will learn to make, among others, innovative creations as Green Tea and Mango Bunka, Sisho, Gla-Nut or Coconut and Lemon Margarita.
