Learning how to make the classic dishes of the cuisine! In this course the chefs-pedagogues from Hofmann will share with you the secrets and teach you the techniques that will allow you to prepare the mythical dishes of the traditional cuisine.
The 8-week course with a weekly class every Saturday, is aimed at those people, professionals or amateurs, who wish to deepen their knowledge and culinary techniques to prepare the most characteristic dishes of the cuisine throughout its history.
The sessions will be held at the School facilities and will consist of demonstration and practical classes by the School chefs. Following the Hofmann methodology and philosophy, we offer you raw materials of the best quality and all our experience and know-how so that you get the most out of the course.
We will prepare step by step classical recipes like the Wellington sirloin, a Chateaubriand, a Bouillabaisse or a duck with orange, and we will do so following the most demanding standards and the Hofmann seal of identity.
Get ready to discover and delve into all the secrets of these traditional dishes that create history and that we want to recover and update.

One session per week (mornings).
Hours: Saturdays from 9am to 1:30pm.
