Rice is a staple food in many culinary cultures, and ours is also present as the basis of one of the best known dishes in our kitchen.
In this course, we will teach you to prepare different types of rice as well as to improve your techniques and cooking, under the Hofmann seal.
You will learn to prepare different recipes for dried, risotto, broth and sauteed rice, so that you can reproduce them successfully in your kitchen. At the end of the session, the prepared rice dishes will be tasted together.

The Hofmann School Specialization Courses are aimed at enthusiasts and gastronomic professionals who wish to deepen specific techniques and cooking skills, with the quality, professionalism and innovation parameters of the Hofmann School.
The homogenization of our pedagogical system means that these courses can be carried out by both senior and amateur profiles. To study cooking at the Hofmann Hospitality School, the only requirement is the firm desire to do so.
