If you would like Christmas to be a memorable time for your loved ones this year, Hofmann introduces a new course that will surprise you and your guests!

We integrate tradition and innovation through menus which will transform the best quality fresh ingredients into culinary elaborations with our own character. Success is guaranteed!

During the course you will learn different techniques, manipulation of ingredients and all the secrets that will take you to another level in the elaboration of your dishes. 

Duration:

1 month. 20 hours.

Starting Saturday 7th November

Ending Saturday, November 28th

Saturdays from 9am to 2pm

Traditional Catalan

style cannelloni with foie gras and truffles

Mi cuit with carquiñolis and gelee of wine

Xangurro glazed with cava

Crunchy piglet with apple textures

Escudella and "carn d'olla"Hofmann-style

Fish and shellfish zarzuela
