THE PREPARATION OF COLD AND HOT TERRINES

In this course, our chefs will teach you cooking techniques, conservation techniques, regeneration times and the handling of raw materials to make exquisite terrines.

We will learn to cook six different classic terrines and pates, typical of haute cuisine, together with a selection of exquisite recipes, ideal for both the daily table and for special occasions.
