In this course, our chefs will teach you how to make your own pasta, from natural and high quality ingredients.
Pasta is a very versatile element, in Italy it is used in almost all dishes, as a main dish or as an accompaniment to many other foods.
We have also adopted pasta as a fundamental ingredient of our kitchen, since its combinations are endless and it supports just as well a meat, a fish or some vegetables. In this course, our chefs will teach you how to make your own pasta.
From natural and high quality ingredients we will obtain fresh pasta and dry pasta. We will know the different procedures, finishes, uses and condiments.
We will prepare delicious recipes from this pasta that will surprise us and that we will all taste together.
