COOKING FOR AMATEURS

A course for those who wish to enter the culinary world, in which you will learn different recipes that are easy to prepare. You will expand your knowledge and perfect basic cooking techniques that will allow you to develop your culinary skills.

This course is specifically designed so that you can learn the basics of a kitchen, develop your knowledge and improve techniques and other culinary skills.

We have our own methodology in which you will learn recipes that are easy to prepare in an entertaining and totally practical way.

At the end, tasting of the elaborated is included.

Who is it for?
Aimed at people who want to enter the world of cooking or who already have some knowledge and want to expand and develop their culinary skills with new techniques and methodologies under the Hofmann seal.
 
Programming:
Duration: 3 months 32 hours A weekly session
Hours: Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
 
Contents:

Work will be learned and recipes will be prepared with:
- Cuts
- Money
- Quiches and other masses
- Bread, Focaccia and eggs
- Crepes
- Pasta
- Rice and risotto
- Classic desserts
- Legumes

In each session, a menu composed of three proposals will be prepared that will combine the lessons learned previously.

Fractional payment: € 435 for 2 installments.
