In 2013 he was part of the Spanish Bakery Selection for the European Championship, in Amsterdam. He has worked in the best manufacturers, referents of the sector. In 2016 he decided to open his own business in Barcelona, Forn del Barri, an emblematic place that is part of the Born Pa Route of Barcelona.
