ALAIN DUCASSE DESSERTS

In this course we will learn to make a dessert menu based on three themes: Bistro, Gastronomic and Trendy, with seasonal products and with specific preparation and cooking techniques.

One more year we bring the chefs of the prestigious Ducasse Education school, with a new proposal to offer us an exclusive dessert course at the best and highest gastronomic level. 

A course designed to satisfy the palates of the most cosmopolitan client. We will learn to make a dessert menu based on three themes: Bistro, Gastronomic and Trendy, latest trends that reinvigorate the natural.

With seasonal products we will make desserts, adapting the preparation and cooking techniques, to improve the presentation, appearance and quality of desserts, respecting the properties of the products.
