In this pastry course on chocolate you will learn, from the hand of Miquel Guarro and the pastry team, all the bases, techniques and creations to enjoy chocolate.
This ingredient is associated with a sensation of pleasure that can be enjoyed as a dessert or as a single ingredient. However, chocolate is a complex product, not always easy to handle and mold, but which, if you learn the basics, allows you to enjoy it to the fullest, as well as make others enjoy it.
Aimed at both amateurs and people who want to delve into chocolate, in this course we will learn to temper it by two methodologies and prepare it to be able to manipulate it in the different recipes. We will make pieces of chocolate, chocolates and we will play to give them different forms of decoration.
