n this course we will start a fantastic seasonal menu starting at the beginning. We will go to the market accompanied by our chefs, who will teach us to identify which are the typical fresh products of this season, their optimal state and their use.

So important is a good preparation as the selection of the ingredients, the better these are, the better the result.

In this course, you will learn to make seasonal recipes with the products purchased. Step by step, you will see the treatment of the product, its cleaning, its combination with other ingredients and its cooking, to finally taste the different dishes made. A complete elaboration process that will culminate in a real feast.
