In this course, Miquel Guarro and the Hofmann School pastry team will introduce you and teach you how to make the best Hofmann recipes and other novelties, delicate and floral, to enjoy when the heat begins.
The elaborations of the pastry also adapt to the season. In spring and summer we fancy lighter and fresh pastries and cakes, but equally tasty and exquisite.
In this course, we will learn a special pastry with seasonal fruits and flowers, typical of spring, which will become the raw material of our creations.
