In this course, Miquel Guarro (champion of the Lluís Santapau trophy for the Best Chocolatier of the Year 2013) will show you the process of making a very special Easter “mona”. You will be the pastry chef yourself for a few hours and you will have the advice of our experts to make your own “mona”: from the basic preparation techniques to the most professional finishing touches. You can then take it home and surprise the whole family.
This year the chosen “mona” model is a chocolate boat like the one in the photograph.
