In this course we will take another step in veganism learning to make bread, brioche and dough with exclusively vegetable ingredients guided and inspired by chefs Alex Pirla, better known as Prabhu and Enric Elías.

 To be vegan is to follow a certain philosophy and lifestyle. Bet on nature and its sustainability, respect the animal world and its ecosystem.

The vegan gastronomic proposal is based exclusively on foods that come from the vegetable kingdom and organic farming, much richer and healthier.
