This course will bring you to a sweet and warm pastry, ideal to welcome the winter.
Using the raw material of autumn; chestnuts, quince, nuts, sweet potatoes, pears, apples ..., we will learn to make warm, comforting pastry, ideal for when the cold weather sets in. Our pastry chef Miquel Guarro and the Hofmann School pastry team will show you the properties of seasonal products and their use and combination to obtain delicious cakes and desserts. From our recipes, with their tasting, you will also learn the basic techniques of pastry making.
