In this course we will combine the products offered by the mountain with rice, the king of cereals, to obtain delicious recipes.
Rice is a universal product, used in virtually all cultures, versatile, which adapts perfectly to an infinite number of recipes and also found in thousands of varieties, allowing us to choose the most suitable type for each occasion. Rice is a great protagonist in Hofmann and many of the house recipes are highly appreciated and recognised with this extraordinary cereal. In this course we will combine rice with mountain products, game, mushrooms, vegetables, aromatic herbs and many more products that the land offers us to obtain delicious recipes that range from the most succulent broth rice dishes to ones characterised by their loose dryness and intensity.
