Arroz Hofmann is the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. A new proposal in the centre of Barcelona that, thanks to its broad opening hours and culinary offer, brings the possibility of enjoying a fantastic meal at any time of the day.

Rice (Arroz)  in different versions, dry, honeyed, brothy or "special", is the protagonist of the menu, which also includes fish and starters from "sea and mountain".

Anchovies from the cantabrian sea with tomato rubbed bread

Char-grilled octopus fritters with pepper chutney

Garlic chicken croquettes and creamy roast garlic

Fried fresh anchovies with garlic, vinegar and chilli pepper

Andalusian-style squid withyuzu mayonnaise

Our special patatas bravas

Mussels in their own juice with spicy sofrito (tomato, onion and garlic sauce)

and ginger

Tomato, burrata, black olive and pesto salad

Prawn cocktail with avocado foam

Tuna cannelloni with mango, avocado and ponzu sauce

Steak tartare with potato rösti, egg and mustard ice cream

Thai style catch of the day in papillote with vegetables

Roast veal tenderloin with baby beetroot and amaretto sauce

Roasted vegetable rice with pork tripe sausage and white beans

Gentleman´s rice (with peeled seafood)

Rice with lobster fried together with ham

Black rice with baby cuttlefish and chive aioli

Prawn risotto and hot spicy smoked gravy

Onion risotto with walnuts blue cheese and pickled onions

Spider crab risotto with salsify
