Arroz <strong>Hofmann</strong>


Arroz Hofmann is the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. A new proposal in the centre of Barcelona that, thanks to its broad opening hours and culinary offer, brings the possibility of enjoying a fantastic meal at any time of the day.

Rice (Arroz)  in different versions, dry, honeyed, brothy or "special", is the protagonist of the menu, which also includes fish and starters from "sea and mountain".

Cantabrian anchovies and bread with tomato

Black squid fritters

Octopus croquettes with paprika and olive oil

Fried anchovies with garlic, vinegar and chili pepper

Seleccion of niguiris (squid and ham, Iberian pork shoulder, tuna and liver pâté)

Cockle salad with coconut, sweet corn, avocado and tomato salsa
