Sota la direcci\u00f3 del xef del restaurant Hofmann, <strong data-start=\"195\" data-end=\"213\">Diego Grimberg<\/strong>, vuit parelles d\u2019estudiants de segon curs del Gran Diploma d\u2019Hostaleria van participar en un concurs culinari \u00fanic, on cada plat explicava una hist\u00f2ria pr\u00f2pia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"662\">Durant els dos primers dies, les parelles van presentar les seves creacions davant d\u2019un jurat professional i d\u2019un p\u00fablic entusiasmat. Cada proposta combinava t\u00e8cnica, creativitat i emoci\u00f3, reflectint l\u2019esperit de l\u2019escola: <strong data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"659\">aprendre fent, compartir i cr\u00e9ixer a trav\u00e9s de la cuina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"944\">A la gran final de l\u2019\u00faltim dia, les <strong data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"727\">quatre millors parelles<\/strong> es van enfrontar en un emocionant duel gastron\u00f2mic. La passi\u00f3, el treball en equip i la dedicaci\u00f3 dels finalistes van fer vibrar l\u2019estand de C\u00e0rnia, que es va omplir d\u2019aromes, textures i hist\u00f2ries servides en plat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1257\">Els premis van ser molt especials:<br data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"983\" \/>\ud83e\udd47 <strong data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1019\">\u00c1ngela P\u00eda Mac\u00eda i Hsien Chun<\/strong> \u2013 Un sopar a <em data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1044\">Disfrutar<\/em><br data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1047\" \/>\ud83e\udd48 <strong data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1085\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Yasmine Mart\u00ednez i David Guzm\u00e1n<\/strong> \u2013 Un sopar a <em data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1115\">Teatro Kitchen<\/em><br data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1118\" \/>\ud83e\udd49 <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1154\">Martina Verges i Lluis Morera<\/strong> \u2013 Un sopar a <em data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1178\">Suculent<\/em><br data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1181\" \/>\ud83c\udfc5 <strong data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1215\">Jana Jaenada i Pablo Romero<\/strong> \u2013 Una pe\u00e7a de carn especial de <em data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1255\">C\u00e0rnia<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1571\">M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la competici\u00f3, l\u2019esdeveniment va ser una aut\u00e8ntica celebraci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge i del futur de la gastronomia. L\u2019Escola Hofmann felicita amb orgull tots els estudiants que van participar en aquesta segona edici\u00f3 del concurs per la seva dedicaci\u00f3, la seva creativitat i la seva passi\u00f3 per la cuina.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1893\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Cada plat presentat va ser una mostra del talent i del comprom\u00eds que caracteritzen les noves generacions de cuiners formats a Hofmann.
