Brito ha estat guardonat amb el premi al <strong data-start=\"232\" data-end=\"262\">Millor Forner de Catalunya<\/strong> a l\u2019edici\u00f3 catalana dels <strong data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"315\">Premis Montagud Editors<\/strong>, un reconeixement a la seva dedicaci\u00f3, comprom\u00eds i visi\u00f3 innovadora del pa artesanal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"827\">Els <strong data-start=\"409\" data-end=\"436\">Premis Montagud Editors<\/strong>, organitzats per una de les editorials gastron\u00f2miques m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tiques d\u2019Espanya, van n\u00e9ixer amb l\u2019objectiu de donar visibilitat als professionals que marquen la difer\u00e8ncia en el sector de la gastronomia i la restauraci\u00f3. Els guardons destaquen cuiners, forners, pastissers i productors que, des de l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia i la creativitat, contribueixen a enfortir la cultura culin\u00e0ria del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"1382\"><strong data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"850\">Vene\u00e7ol\u00e0 d\u2019origen<\/strong> i format a l\u2019<strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"882\">Escola Hofmann<\/strong>, Oswaldo ha constru\u00eft una traject\u00f2ria marcada per una evoluci\u00f3 constant. Despr\u00e9s d\u2019anys dedicats a l\u2019alta cuina, va decidir fer un gir a la seva carrera i fundar, juntament amb <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1076\">Jordi Mestre<\/strong>, la fleca <strong data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1101\">Pa de Kilo<\/strong>, al cor del Raval (Barcelona).
