Aquests premis reconeixen les empreses que fan de la <strong>salut<\/strong>, la<strong> cura del planeta<\/strong> i<strong> l\u2019impacte social<\/strong> la seva aposta de futur, oferint als consumidors productes m\u00e9s saborosos, saludables i responsables.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"631\"><strong>El seu objectiu \u00e9s inspirar tota la comunitat gastron\u00f2mica a continuar creant amb consci\u00e8ncia, talent i passi\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"1125\">Enguany, la nostra presidenta <strong data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"681\">Silvia Hofmann ha format part del jurat<\/strong>, un panell compost per figures rellevants del sector com Mauricio Garc\u00eda de Quevedo, Mabel Mas i Manuel Carreras, encarregats d\u2019avaluar els projectes finalistes sota criteris d\u2019<strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"927\">innovaci\u00f3, viabilitat i presentaci\u00f3<\/strong>. La participaci\u00f3 de la Silvia ha reflectit no nom\u00e9s el prestigi de Hofmann en el panorama gastron\u00f2mic, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 el comprom\u00eds de l\u2019escola amb l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de l\u2019ofici i l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia professional.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1396\">Els premis es van dividir en dos grans blocs: <strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1199\">\u201cProjects of Tomorrow\u201d<\/strong>, que guardonen iniciatives amb impacte en salut, sostenibilitat i societat; i <strong data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1304\">\u201cProducts of Tomorrow\u201d<\/strong>, on es valoren creacions innovadores en brioixeria, pastisseria, xocolateria i fleca.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1690\">L\u2019acte d\u2019entrega de premis va tenir lloc<strong data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1465\"> el 8 d\u2019octubre de 2025<\/strong>, despr\u00e9s d\u2019un proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3 en dues fases: una primera ronda de votacions celebrada al juliol, i una segona al setembre que va incloure una tast a cegues per valorar el sabor i la textura en el cas dels productes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"2078\">Els guanyadors van ser distingits amb el <strong data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1771\">segell oficial Taste Tomorrow 2025<\/strong>, un reconeixement que avala la seva dedicaci\u00f3 a la innovaci\u00f3, la sostenibilitat i l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia.
