L\u2019acte va servir per entregar els premis que els mateixos agremiats atorguen als millors professionals de l\u2019any.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"426\">La <strong>Pastisseria Hofmann<\/strong>, creada el 2008 per Mey Hofmann i actualment dirigida per la seva filla S\u00edlvia Hofmann, <strong>va rebre els premis a<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"572\">\r\n \t<li data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"466\">\r\n<p data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"466\"><strong>Millor Pastisseria de Catalunya<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"528\">\r\n<p data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"528\"><strong>Millor professional a xarxes socials: <em data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"526\">Miquel Guarro<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"572\">\r\n<p data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"572\"><strong>Millor pastisseria a xarxes socials<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"709\">A m\u00e9s, durant la gala, que es va celebrar a l\u2019Escola de Pastisseria del Gremi de Barcelona, es van atorgar els seg\u00fcents guardons:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"1357\">\r\n \t<li data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"773\">\r\n<p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"773\"><strong>Premi Innovador 2022: Pastisseria Targarona d\u2019Igualada<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"837\">\r\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"837\"><strong>Premi Emprenedoria 2022: Sauleda Pastissers de Sant Pol<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"925\">\r\n<p data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"925\"><strong>Premi a la pastisseria agremiada m\u00e9s antiga: Pastisseria La Confianza de Gelida<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"987\">\r\n<p data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"987\"><strong>Premi Personatge m\u00e9s Dol\u00e7 2022: Eloi Vila, periodista<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1089\">\r\n<p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1089\"><strong>Premi Millor Professional a Xarxes Socials: Miquel Guarro, director de pastisseria de Hofmann<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1174\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1174\"><strong>Premi Millor Pastisseria a Xarxes Socials: Sofia Alonso, Pastisseria Hofmann<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1278\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1278\"><strong>Premi al Millor Pastisser de la demarcaci\u00f3 de Girona: Agust\u00ed Juh\u00e9, Pastisseria Juh\u00e9 de l\u2019Escala<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1357\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1357\"><strong>Premi a la Millor Traject\u00f2ria Professional (Girona): Miquel Costabella<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1505\">L\u2019Escola de Pastisseria tamb\u00e9 va entregar la Medalla de Mestre Pastisser a Jaume Vi\u00f1allonga (Montorn\u00e8s del Vall\u00e8s, Vall\u00e8s Oriental).<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1554\"><strong>Una festa amb gaireb\u00e9 un segle d\u2019hist\u00f2ria<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1864\">La Gala de la Pastisseria \u00e9s la festa anual del sector, hereva de la trobada que el Gremi de Barcelona organitza des de 1928 i dels premis que va comen\u00e7ar a atorgar el 1968.
