La metodologia utilitzada pel professor per a la impartici\u00f3 de les classes \u00e9s molt participativa, alternant exposicions te\u00f2riques amb l\u2019execuci\u00f3 de treballs personals o en grup i resolent casos pr\u00e0ctics i exercicis que permetin als alumnes l\u2019assimilaci\u00f3 dels continguts alhora que potenci\u00efn els coneixements i habilitats necessaris per a l\u2019exercici professional.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1075\"><strong>Es tracta d\u2019un complement imprescindible a la formaci\u00f3 en gastronomia si ets gerent, encarregat o emprenedor en el m\u00f3n de l\u2019hostaleria o el c\u00e0tering.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1101\"><strong>SOBRE EL PROFESSOR<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1464\">H\u00e9ctor Duarte \u00e9s Llicenciat en Pedagogia, especialitat Tecnologia i Organitzaci\u00f3 educativa. La seva traject\u00f2ria professional ha estat sempre relacionada amb l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la restauraci\u00f3. \u00c9s soci-director de D de <strong>D&amp;N S.L.<\/strong>, assessors en hotels i restaurants.
