The Hospitality course is aimed at young people between 16 and 27 years old, with minimal ESO studies, who want to develop the profession of cook based on the quality and excellence standards of the Hofmann School. The objective of the course is to equip the student with the necessary culinary knowledge and techniques, with the high levels of demand and the Hofmann quality seal, to develop a successful professional career in hospitality or hospitality and pastry.
During the Hofmann Open Day, you will be able to see first-hand all the details of the Hofmann Hospitality Program, which includes more than 900 hours of theorical classes and some 3.000 practical hours, held at the Hofmann Restaurant, awarded for more than a decade with one star in the Michelin Guide.
Visitors will be able to see the school's facilities, its different kitchens, pastry makers and theoretical classrooms and see what the day-to-day life of chefs and students of our school is like.
The training team of the Hofmann School, led by Silvia Hofmann, will receive all attendees during the session, together with the Hofmann team.
